Exhibiting Artist: Jungwan CHAE

Jungwan CHAE (b. 1985), graduated from Kaywon University of the Arts with a major in animation and continues to work on the image of the artist’s complaints with a focus on the problems that are prevalent in society under the theme of ‘Thought fragments about complaints.’

By helping people share and sympathise with each other’s dissatisfaction through art, CHAE aims to create a foundation for forming social discourse rather than limiting the issue as personal dissatisfaction.

In doing so, CHAE works on bringing back the opportunity to look back at the social problems we are facing and to consider the solution.
