The greatest passion for Anil Kumar has been to show the everyday objects around us with a satirical twist. His idea is to help individuals bring their whimsical thinking and  quirky behaviour out into the open. His body of work represents a visually incapsulating range of emotions and cultural allusions.

Anil Kumar (AK) is an India born British artist known for his pursuit of painting from his childhood years that continuous today. After his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from CUSAT (2000), India, he pursued an MBA from Bradford University, School of Management (2011), UK.

By 2013 he had relinquished his day job and enrolled  into his forever passion and by 2015 he started showcasing his body of works simultaneously exploring and developing newer mediums and techniques. His artworks include large bold acrylics, watercolour miniatures and ink illustration.

He also published his first book,  written and illustrated by himself - The Bulbs of London: The Chronicles of Orby.
