Three Highgate is a brand new gallery debuting at STARTnet 2020 ahead of its opening this Autumn. Based in the heart of Highgate Village, North London, the gallery seeks to present both emerging and established international artists to local and global audiences. The gallery places special emphasis on the development of talented artists with a unique and poetic vision.
For STARTnet 2020, Three Highgate will present the work of one such artist: a thematic collection dedicated to Greek Myths and Antiquity by acclaimed Chilean painter Pato Bosich. The paintings and mixed media drawings come from two separate series both centred on re-evaluating our relationship with myths and history, and how they are depicted in art.
Bosich’s work has been exhibited at the National Museum of Sweden and the Atenum Art Museum in Helsinki as part of its “Inspiration-Iconic Works/Contemporary Art and Classics” exhibition.
