StART Art Fair Doha 2017

In conjunction with the ‘Art for Tomorrow’ conference and in partnership with the New York Times and Saatchi Gallery, START Doha brought together a broad and receptive audience to view some of the most engaging artists working today.

Held in the cutting-edge industrial space of the 29th floor of the W Hotel, the boutique fair echoed the London edition’s aim to highlight emerging talent and new art scenes. Co-curated by artist Mahmoud Obaidi, and visited by Sheikha Al-Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, the fair provided a snapshot of emerging art within the region.
